This cocktail uses the pumpkin juice recipe I previously posted. The first time I made it, I used some fire whiskey I made, but it was too much. I think the name is sorta clever, since the Weasleys were all gingers and wizards, so a cocktail with ginger ale and pumpkin juice makes sense.
2 oz dark rum
2 oz pumpkin juice
2-3 oz ginger ale
2 dashes of reagan's orange bitters
1. Combine the rum, pumpkin juice, and bitters in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake.
2. Strain into a chilled glass and top with the ginger ale.
